Compare My Street

THIS IS A DATA COLLECTION. IT IS NOT A LEGAL SERVICE AND IT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE.
It shows public records in plain words. It does not say whether to file anything, what to put on any form, or what any property is worth. For legal questions, ask a Maine attorney.

Type your address or map-lot. You get your parcel in the middle and the three lots on either side of it on the same street, with what the revaluation did to each: land, building, total value and tax, 2025 against the committed 2026 figures, and the grade, condition, size and age on the committed card. Where the company changed a value between the roll it published in August and the roll it committed, the lot is marked CHANGED and both figures are shown.

Every number is from the Town’s 2025 commitment book and the company’s published 2026 cards, as published in August (proposed) and as pulled on 6 October after commitment. Tax 2026 is the “last committed tax” printed on the card. No owner names.

Streets are ordered by house number. Lots with no house number (back land, lanes without numbering) are ordered by map and lot, which follows the tax map.

Start typing a street name above. 15 King Street is a good first try.
